Our coach

“I believe people are far more capable than they often realise. Sometimes we simply need the space, support and courage to hear ourselves more clearly.”

“Whether you're looking for career coaching, life coaching or support navigating a significant transition, I would be honoured to walk alongside you as part of that journey.”

Mie Oestergaard

From Mie: Life doesn't always follow the path we expected.

But coaching can provide a space to reflect, reconnect and move forward with greater clarity.

My coaching approach is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience.

Over the last 12 years, I have worked with people across football, technology, media, charities and corporate organisations, supporting individuals, teams and leaders through change, growth and transformation.

Alongside my professional experience, my own life journey has shaped who I am as a coach.

I grew up in Denmark and 16 years ago I moved to England alone in my early twenties to build a life. Since then, I have lived in multiple countries, including New York, and travelled to nearly 60 countries around the world. Throughout my life, I have continually navigated change, uncertainty, reinvention and personal growth.

I also bring lived experience of long-term health challenges and hidden disability. Following a life-changing head injury, I spent years navigating recovery, identity loss, uncertainty and rebuilding my confidence while managing ongoing symptoms.

I have lived with the impact of addiction within my family. Through this experience, alongside completing the NAR programme, I have developed a deep understanding of relationships, boundaries, grief, resilience, codependency, healing and personal responsibility.

These experiences allow me to bring empathy, curiosity and understanding into the coaching relationship.
