    We reframed and repositioned a stalled demographic data campaign through listening, storytelling, and long-term strategy for a UK tech company.

  • Collaboration

    We unified several employee networks under a shared calendar and strategic plan to increase representation and engagement for a global tech company.

  • ERG Establishment

    We established and embedded five inclusive ERGs, building buy-in across an organisation, including support at the board level and senior sponsorship for a charity.

  • Strategic Thinking

    We led a supplier diversity strategy, securing buy-in from senior leadership and integrating it with the company’s global sustainability agenda for a big corporate.

  • Storytelling & Creativity

    We developed and delivered a landmark TV series on racism while managing internal resistance and identity-based scrutiny on national TV.
